Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds, if applicable and solely at the discretion of the Management of Saikripa Charitable Trust, will only be processed to the original source of payment (Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card) used during the transaction.

For clarity, nothing in this policy shall obligate Saikripa Charitable Trust to refund donation amounts (or any part thereof) unless:

Such amount has been successfully received in the official bank account of Saikripa Charitable Trust through the online payment system, and
A genuine case of error has been brought to the Management’s attention and has been approved for refund.

If approved, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment source within 5 working days.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, if applicable and at the discretion of the Management, will only apply under circumstances where a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate payment), and where the payment has been fully credited to Saikripa Charitable Trust’s account.

For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this policy shall require Saikripa Charitable Trust to cancel or return any amount unless:

The full donation has been credited via a valid online mode, and
The cancellation request has received prior approval from the Management.

The cancellation process may take up to 20 working days to reflect depending on the payment gateway and bank procedures.

Changes to Privacy Policy

Saikripa Charitable Trust reserves the full right to update, modify, or remove this privacy policy at any time without prior notice. This policy does not constitute or imply any contractual agreement between Saikripa Charitable Trust and the donor.

Terms of Payment

All applicable bank charges, taxes, and transaction fees associated with online payments shall be borne by the donor.
In the event of a failed transaction, the debited amount (if any) will be refunded to the original source after deducting applicable transaction charges, subject to verification.
